咨询业务主要围绕公司的三大业务板块展开、包括陆地资源勘查和矿山工程、海洋资源勘查和海洋工程、以及环境监测保护和治理。 在陆地资源板块中，具体的咨询涵盖地质、遥感、化探、物探、工程地质、水文地质等方面；在海洋资源板块中，具体的咨询涵盖海底地形地貌调查、海洋本底调查及监测、和海洋生态及动植物调查监测及保护；在环境资源板块中，具体的咨询涵盖环境本底调查、监测、环境修复和灾害治理等。具体工作事项或内容包括编写立项建议书、编写勘查设计、编写考察报告、编写成果报告、和编制项目评估报告等；技术成果的有偿转让服务；矿业权推介服务；提供语言编辑翻译服务；为中外企业搭建桥梁和增进矿业技术交流和商业合作。

Our consultation services are delivered around our three business areas. In the area of terrestrial resources, our consultancy covers geology, remote sensing, geochemical survey, geophysical survey, hydrogeology, and engineering geology etc; in the area of oceanic resources, our focuses are put on sea floor topographic and morphological survey, oceanographic baseline investigation and monitoring, marine ecology, marine fauna and flora monitoring and protection etc; In the area of environmental resources, our services are focused on environmental baseline studies, monitoring, protection and rehabilitation. Deliverables to our customers include project proposals, project design, achievement reports, project evaluation reports and so on so forth. We also aim to provide service in relation to technique transfer, mineral right promotion, to render language editing and translation service, and to build up bridges between Saudis and Chinese companies and enhance technical exchange and commercial cooperation.
